2012 Marathon Olympian Desiree Davila is Excited to See How Far She Can Go |

Marathon runner Desiree Davila planned on being an Olympian when she was in high school. At that time, few believed she could accomplish that goal.
Davila was a runner with relatively unassuming high school and college careers. As a high school senior, Davila was the 15th-best female mile runner in the country. During her senior year at Arizona State University, the distance runner earned two All-American accolades.
